Payment by cash or check is preferred. Capitaland Flooring also accepts major credit and debit cards. Please confirm with Capitaland Flooring if your specific credit or debit card is accepted before making a payment. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit and debit card payments to cover processing costs.
All material-only purchases require 100% payment upfront. Materials will not be released until full payment is received.
For projects involving both materials and installation, a 50% deposit is required. Work will not begin until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in collection actions or other measures deemed necessary by Capitaland Flooring.
All sales are final, and deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at Capitaland Flooring’s sole discretion. Capitaland Flooring is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control. Prices are subject to change until full payment or deposit is received.
